Our Heritage bread flour starts with our Rouge De Bordeaux heritage wheat. It is sifted on our New American Stone Mill. This option offers flexibility and ease when learning to use fresh flour for daily baking. Removing 30% of the bran gives way for loftier breads. This bread flour is versatile and can be used in many recipes including cookies, brownies, breads and quick breads.
