How long does it take to build custom furniture?
Every custom furniture project is scheduled individually.
Production times vary depending on project complexity and our current production schedule. Most projects begin shortly after your order is confirmed, and we'll keep you informed throughout the build process.
Do you deliver custom furniture?
Yes.
We offer local delivery throughout the surrounding area.
- Local deliveries may qualify for free delivery.
- Deliveries beyond our local service area may incur a delivery fee.
- Freight shipping can be arranged for larger items anywhere within the continental United States.
What shipping methods do you use?
Depending on the size of your order, we ship using:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
- Freight carriers for oversized furniture
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout whenever possible.
Woodpile Coffee & Candle Co.
When will my order ship?
Most Woodpile orders ship within 2–5 business days.
Fresh roasted coffee is roasted and packaged specifically for your order to ensure maximum freshness before shipping.
Hand-poured candles and accessories generally ship within two business days.
Do you deliver coffee or candles?
We currently offer:
- In-store pickup
- Standard shipping throughout the United States
Local delivery is not currently available for Woodpile products.
What shipping carriers do you use?
Orders are shipped using USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on package size and destination.

Do Marketplace vendors ship through RH Woodworks?
Some products are fulfilled directly by Marketplace vendors, while others may be stocked and shipped by RH Woodworks.
